Evolve-HR Strategies LLC (“Evolve-HR,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), headquartered in Colorado, is committed to protecting the information entrusted to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect organizational and contact information through our services, including Evolve-HR Compensation, and through our website.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information:
Compensation and Organizational Data: When clients participate in Evolve-HR Compensation, we collect information such as industry, company size, job types, roles, categories, wages, and wage types.
Contact Information: When you reach out via our website contact form or sign up for newsletters, we collect names and email addresses.
We do not collect cookies, analytics data, or other tracking information. All compensation data is organizational in nature
2. How We Use Information
We use collected data for the following purposes:
To provide compensation benchmarking and advisory services.
To anonymize and incorporate client data into our compensation database.
To conduct internal research and develop insights.
To create aggregated benchmarking or market insights for reports, marketing, and promotional materials.
To communicate with clients and contacts who provide email information.
3. Data Ownership and Consent
By participating in Evolve-HR Compensation, clients expressly consent to Evolve-HR Strategies' ownership and indefinite retention of submitted data. All submitted data becomes the property of Evolve-HR Strategies.
Organizational data may be anonymized and shared with third parties (e.g., participation in external salary surveys) or used for Evolve-HR Strategies' business purposes.
4. Data Retention
Data Retention: To provide compensation analysis services, Evolve-HR collects equal employment opportunity (“EEO”) data from Client. In retaining Evolve-HR to provide such services, Client expressly consents to Evolve-HR’s retention of data from Client, which may include information such as Client’s industry; size; job types, roles, and categories; wages; and wage types. The Company shall endeavor to anonymize any data collected from Client hereunder through the use of encryption (or third party encryption). Client expressly consents to Evolve-HR’s unrestricted use of anonymized Client data for Company’s general business purposes, including but not limited to data compilation and analysis, use in Evolve-HR’s database(s), and other commercial uses.
“Anonymized” data is sanitized to protect Client’s privacy. While Evolve-HR cannot guarantee complete anonymity, identifiable information is removed from Client data and/or derivatives thereof before such data is accessible by third parties.5. Data Storage & Security
Data is stored on servers located in the United States, though data contributions may originate internationally.
We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute protection.
6. Client & User Rights
Compensation Data: Clients cannot request deletion or correction once submitted to Evolve-HR Compensation, as it is integrated into aggregated datasets.
Contact & Newsletter Data: You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information by emailing us at lrobinson@evolve-hrstrategies.com.
7. Sharing of Data
We may share anonymized, aggregated client data for:
Benchmarking and internal research.
Inclusion in external salary surveys or third-party benchmarking exercises.
Marketing insights and industry publications.
We do not share personally identifiable contact information with vendors, contractors, or other third parties outside these purposes.
8. Cookies and Tracking
We do not use cookies, analytics tools, or tracking technologies on our website.
9. Colorado Privacy Rights
Colorado residents have specific rights under the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), including:
The right to confirm whether we process their personal information.
The right to access personal information collected through contact forms or newsletters.
The right to correct inaccuracies in personal information.

Please note that organizational data submitted through Evolve-HR Compensation is not subject to deletion requests, as it becomes part of our aggregated benchmarking database.
